Chris Bosh is back with the Heat — just not on the court.

At least not yet.

Bosh sat on the Heat bench during the team’s

124-119 win over the Nuggets — the first game he has attended since being sidelined with a calf injury at the All-Star break.

Blood clots caused Bosh to miss the second half of last season after a similar injury, so doctors have been extra cautious. He has missed 14 games this year.

"I know there have been many questions regarding my health and when I will play again," Bosh said in a statement last week. "My situation this year has never been life-threatening. I am feeling great and currently I do not have deep vein thrombosis."

Bosh and the Heat have not announced a timetable for his return, but Bosh is hopeful it will happen this season.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra told reporters before Monday's game that Bosh has been working out almost daily.

"That's it for now," he said. "There's no new updates. I mentioned before that he had worked out with us at times, but there's no new updates."
